Executive Women International® (EWI) addresses the business professional's quest for personal achievement and drive for professional development. EWI is unique among the myriad of associations in that the company, or firm, holds
the membership, not the individual.

EWI offers many benefits to both the individual representative and the firm. Representatives who participate in EWI have access to a variety of events and programs. Their companies benefit through the professional connections and the recognition received as business leaders locally and internationally.

We focus on Connections, Careers and Community.

  • Connections  - Promoting member firms and its representatives.  We believe that connecting is about the dynamic evolving relationship linking our Chapters, our administrative team, our members and the larger communities we live and work in.

  • Careers - Enhancing personal and professional development through learning programs and EWI's Academy of Leadership

  • Community - Encouraging involvement by donating time and resources to improve lives through scholarship programs, literacy initiatives and other community programs.

The Chattanooga Chapter meets monthly; typically the second Tuesday evening.

President's Message

Ani

We did it!  We pulled off a successful Spring Conference with attendees from 30 different EWI chapters!  I have to give a big shout out to the Spring Conference Committee.  The time and effort they put into making it a success was just amazing.  I’ve received so many compliments about EWI of Chattanooga from attendees!  You all really shined and helped our visitors feel welcome.  I truly do wish each of you could have attended.  It was a special weekend, and it was a great way for EWI to kick off its 75th Anniversary Celebration.  The Celebration will continue at LCAM in September in sunny San Diego, CA.

I can’t believe I’m already half way through my year as President.  Please feel free to share your suggestions with me and with the rest of the board for ways we can improve and engage within our organization.  Without feedback we cannot learn and grow!  I want our Chapter to remain one of the top chapters within EWI!

I look forward to seeing each of you in May!

Sincerely,

Ani Yacoubian, Yacoubian Tailors

What Chattanooga
says about EWI...

"I am pleased that Executive Women International (EWI) is serving business women in our state, and I support their work of enhancing careers, promoting connections, and most of all encouraging community involvement.

As someone who ran a company, I saw firsthand the tremendous positive impact EWI had on one member of my staff in particular, and through her involvement in the organization her professional growth and confidence were greatly enhanced.

I wholeheartedly endorse the work and the mission of EWI."
